This post is aaaaall about my gold sequin Zara clutch which was with me during the whole vacation the week before. I love everything sparkly and glittery :) And this gold sequin zip pouch has been my favorite lately, it instantly changes an outfit, goes with everything especially with casual outfits.

I like how it is contrasting with my green parka. There is only one problem, the sequins fall so often :( that I have to use my sewing skills from time to time. I would love to wear it in summer time, with washed out jeans and a simple white t-shirt...

We are back, I am back :) after a week of chocolate, waffle, beer, fashion, cafes, boutiques and beautiful beautiful street scenes. We have been to Brussels Brugge, Gent and Antwerp as planned but also extended our trip to Paris for 2 days as it was only 1 hour by train from Brussels. It was a great experience to go to Paris again after our first visit which was about 7 years ago. This time we have skipped museums and tourist attractions and headed to Marais and Saint-Germain (well I must admit I have also spent some time around Opera :P )

The first day in Brussels I wore my fur scarf. Fur Gilet post of Pelin has been an inspiration for me. I love the fact that I can wear it as a collar on my coat or around the neck like this.

The cooker hood in our kitchen is the synonym for travel :) It contains tens of magnets from our each and every travel. We ♥ collecting these cute pieces.

There is plenty of more place on the hood as well as plenty of places to discover in the world :) This time we would not be going far. We are planning a trip to Brussels, Bruge and Antwerp.

Antwerp is like the alternative fashion capital and home to so cool and famous designers who are also known as Antwerp Six, some of which are Walter Van Beirendonck, Ann Demeulemeester and Dries Van Noten. When passion for fashion is combined with the idea of all those tasty Belgian waffles, chocolates and hundreds of different beer, we ended up buying our tickets to Brussels. Ohh, and not to forget about the famous cafe/ bakery Le Pain Quotidien which was founded in Brussels. I love visiting LPQ in Kanyon especially for breakfasts, it would really be a pleasure for me to see and taste the original bakery in Brussels.

I will be busy tomorrow planning the trip and deciding on what to take with us. But isn't it also the fun part of the vacation?

I could not resist buying the latest edition of i-D magazine ,"The Dreams and Aspirations" issue with Carine Roitfeld (by Terry Richardson) on the cover. As you may noticed from my past posts, I am a huge fan of hers :)

I just had a quick look yesterday and the whole issue seems really attractive and is waiting for me.













My plan for tonight is to enjoy i-D while sipping my latte... And also maybe doing some planning and research for our upcoming vacation, more to come on that :) Hope I can also find Carine's book Irreverent during our vacation, which is a collection of photos of her 30-year career including her most famous and most provocative shoots as well as photos from her personal life.
