Drew Barrymore in an Alexander McQueen Resort 2010 yellow dress... The dress itself is bold enough and she added extra touch with her two-toned hair...



Although this hair & dress combination is not my type, I like people that take risk on the red carpet...

Spring 2010 Fashion Week is about to hit Big Apple. It will take place between 10-17 September, this fall.

Models, journalists, socialites, stars, stylists, editors and buyers from all around the world will meet around Bryant Park again as they do twice every year.

Beside the talented New Yorker designers and their collections, I am mostly interested in the party scenes and the street views during Fashion Week.

Here are a few examples to the street style captured by The Sartorialist during last years Fashion Week in September 2008. It gives a clue about what is to come....

I am looking for the After Party scenes, especially the photos of the famous Jacobs After-Party withV Magazine and Lady Gaga.

Well, she is much more than a rich socialite... 28 year old Dasha Zhukova is founder of the Center for Contemporary Culture (The Garage) in Moscow, fashion designer and founder of the clothing line Kova & T and the new editor in chief of biannual British fashion and art magazine POP (namely all my dream jobs). His boyfriend is the 42 year old Russian oligarc Roman Abramovich.(You may have noticed him as being the owner of Chelsea FC)

Although she is from Russia, she has spent most of her time in US where she moved at 12 with her mother and then in London where she studied. Currently, she has houses both in Moscow and London and spending most of her time travelling (as you can imagine).

She will, for sure, be in my fashion radar ...
